Julia Wiklander is a social entrepreneur at heart, dedicated to supporting changemakers to have a greater impact in the world. She’s the Founder and President of Girls’ Globe and Co-Founder of Grow & Redefine.

In this episode, Julia discusses her love for connecting with people from around the world… remaining hopeful and staying connected to our purpose in life… the importance of having a practice of gratitude, of journaling, and of reframing limiting beliefs… recognizing and facing our fears, and understanding that our fears do not define us… “tapping” as a tool to release stress and anxiety… understanding that asking for help can allow people to feel included in our life… being a part of creating positive change in the world… and the importance of understanding that we all have something valuable and meaningful to share.
